12 students from Rimes Early Learning Center graduated yesterday from the school’s 4-week Bicycle Club program. During the program, students learned bicycle safety and riding skills using the school’s practice bikes.

Thanks to the support of our community partners, Walmart donated 12 bicycles for the students who completed the course, and Cecil Clark Chevrolet assisted with delivering the bikes to the students. The Leesburg Police Department also fitted and provided helmets to all graduates.

We appreciate everyone involved in helping make this program possible for these students. 🚲

Please, join us in welcoming K9 Blitz as the newest addition to our K9 Unit. Blitz and his handler will complete their FDLE certification requirements and will be on a street near you very soon. The addition of Blitz will get our K9 Unit back up to four dogs, with 24/7/365 coverage throughout the City!
