Colorado, vote NO on 134 & 135 to protect our trans neighbors!

09/28/2026

Denver is ready for a new generation of leadership, and Melat Kiros for Congress is answering the call.

Higher Heights PAC is proud to endorse Melat Kiros, the Democratic nominee for Colorado’s 1st Congressional District.

At 29, Melat is a former attorney, barista, and PhD student who knows firsthand the realities facing working people. She’s running with affordability at the center of her campaign, fighting for affordable housing and healthcare, stronger voting rights, and a government that puts people over corporate interests.

Melat has already shown what’s possible when a new generation steps up to lead. This November, she’s ready to bring that fight from Denver to Congress.

We’re proud to stand with Melat Kiros.

Proud to stand alongside these incredible folks as we fight to root out corruption in DC and deliver for the people of our districts. Let’s get to work!

Spent some time yapping on my walk this morning about the humiliation of navigating government services, the billionaires who want us humiliated because they don’t believe we deserve support for our basic rights, and the distraction of the media obsessing over a twitch streamer. There’s too much work to do, especially here in Colorado with these ballot measures. Tap into your local community, find a way to pitch in, and let’s stay focused on the work of building this better world.
