Join us for our next College for Living Preview Day on Wednesday, October 7!

Preview Day is a great opportunity for prospective students, parents, guardians, educators, and support professionals to learn more about Day Spring’s College for Living program and what life is like for students.

You’ll have the opportunity to tour our campus, meet our students, hear from our staff, and learn more about how College for Living helps young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence and prepare for their next chapter.

And, of course, lunch is on us!

Guardianship Appointment Request Please complete the form below to request guardianship services. We require at least two weeks notice until your due date/court date. If it is less than two weeks until your due date/court date, please call the courthouse at (502) 595-4053 to request an extension.
