Yesterday, Liberty Middle School Career Prep students participated in authentic mock interviews with community professionals. 💼

Students practiced important career-readiness skills:
- Shaking hands and making a professional introduction
- Making eye contact
- Sharing and discussing a résumé
- Answering interview questions
- Using the STAR method

Students also prepared for their interviews by playing Interview Jenga with practice questions.

This experience gave middle school students early exposure to a real-world interview environment. They did so well!
