Juneteenth marks the day in 1865 when enslaved people in Texas finally received word that they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. It is a day to honor Black freedom, resilience, and the ongoing fight for justice and equality.

In observance, our office will be closed on Friday, June 19. We will reopen on Monday, June 22, at 9 am. Visit our website for office hours and more information!

We want to make sure you have what you need to show up. Computers are available at our main office for individuals who need to attend their eviction court hearing virtually.

For decades, brave advocates have pushed back against discrimination and worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, has access to safe and stable housing.

Their work is not finished, and we all have the responsibility to continue fighting for equitable housing access.

The Tenant Resource Center is seeking a compassionate, community-driven Housing Case Manager to help individuals and families achieve stable housing in Madison, WI.

In this role, you will support clients through housing searches and stability planning, connect community members with critical resources, and build relationships with landlords to advocate for housing stability.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
