🎓 Tomorrow, May 27, at 9 a.m., we will celebrate our Sandy Valley fifth graders as they graduate in the Performing Arts Hall! We are so excited to honor this special milestone and watch our fifth grade Cardinals as they transition to middle school. ❤️

Then at 1:15 p.m., our talented fifth graders will take the stage once again for the Fifth Grade Talent Show!

🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Sandy Valley’s fourth-grade students continued their meaningful Memorial Day tradition at Magnolia Cemetery as they honored the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Our Cardinals reflected on the true meaning of Memorial Day with compassion, respect, and gratitude as they paid special tribute to Sgt. Daniel Patron of Perry, Ohio, and Staff Sgt. Kevin J. Kessler of East Canton, Ohio.

Thank you to our fourth-grade team for organizing such a heartfelt program and helping our students honor these local heroes in such a meaningful way. We are so proud of our fourth graders for the maturity and reverence they displayed throughout the ceremony. ❤️🤍💙

🇺🇸 Today, the Sandy Valley Marching Band proudly honored the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom by participating in the Memorial Day parades and ceremonies in Waynesburg and Magnolia.

Sandy Valley Local School District is proud to announce Beau Balderson as the new Sandy Valley High School Principal for the 2026-2027 school year!

Currently serving as Sandy Valley’s Athletic Director and Assistant Principal, Mr. Balderson brings years of experience in education, athletics, and leadership to this new role. Throughout his time at Sandy Valley, he has worked closely with students, staff, coaches, and the community to strengthen programs and continue the proud traditions of Cardinal Nation.
