Visit the Maple Falls Park outdoor gym!

The Maple Falls Park group is thrilled to announce the completion of the fitness activity zone at Maple Falls Park. You can now get a full-body workout at our community park. The fitness zone features a seated chest press, cargo climber net, pull-up, and push-up station. Each station is accompanied by a sign that provides instructions on how to use it.

In addition to the fitness stations, two new ADA picnic tables and two benches have been added to the park for user comfort and enjoyment.

This project was made possible with financial contributions from Sierra Pacific Industries, Seeking Health, Whatcom Educational Credit Union, and many generous community donations.

This project would not have been possible without support and cooperation from Whatcom County Parks & Recreation, and many, many donated hours of labor from our amazing community members.
We would like to extend a huge 'thank you' to those who helped with the installation of the fitness stations.

Thank you, Jeff Hambelton, Corey Saxon, Devon & Trevor Pike, Kris Stemmler, Hilary Groh, Andy & Alex Lachi, Eric & Maggie Nord (+ the kiddos), and Jeff Yount!

We invite you, your family, and friends to come and enjoy the new park amenities!
