This week, we honor the unseen heroes behind the scenes—our dedicated 911 dispatchers.

During National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to the incredible men and women who answer the call day or night.

Our dispatchers are the calm voice during the chaos. They are the first link in the emergency response chain, guiding our residents through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and ensuring our crews have the information they need to respond quickly and safely.

To the voices on the other end of the line: we see you, we appreciate you, and we couldn’t do what we do without you.

Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and dedication to keeping Marblehead safe.

Thank you Amy, Scott, Teresa, Allie, Anthony, Amanda, Adrienne, Madison, and Rose!

The Marblehead Fire Department would like to wish a Happy Easter and Happy Passover for all those who celebrate!
