We will host our football and soccer parent meeting on this evening, August 18th beginning at 6:00pm in the Shannon Wilkerson Gym! 📆 We will discuss SCAP league rules, practice schedules, equipment, referee expectations, game rules, etc.

If you are interested in assisting with coaching and have not completed a volunteer application, you may complete a form at the meeting.

We look forward to meeting with all parents‼️⛹🏻🏈⚽️

🌡️ COOLING SHELTER AVAILABLE 🌡️

Due to the extreme temperatures, a Cooling Shelter will be available for anyone needing a cool, safe place to escape the heat.

📍 Location: Shannon Wilkerson Gym
📅 Dates: August 18–21, 2026
⏰ Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

If you or someone you know needs relief from the heat, please take advantage of this resource. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and look out for one another! 💧☀️
