Guava season is finally here and our moms helped us harvest the tree today! 🌳🩷🏡
From our tree to the kitchen, moms worked their magic in the kitchen making fresh agua de guava.✨🍹
☝🏼Guava is a small tropical fruit with a sweet fragrance that is good for the heart, stomach, and intestines, as its high potassium and fiber content help regulate blood pressure and support smooth digestion.
It also helps the pancreas manage blood sugar levels.
