Thank you to Mandi and James with the Carnegie Museum of Natural History for bringing their Dinosaur Adventure class to our library. The kids had a dino-mite of a time constructing their own paper mache T-Rex claw. Learning is always more fun when it gets a little messy!

The kids had a T. rex-cellent time at today’s program, as they used nothing but Lego and creativity to build their own dinosaurs. Each child’s creation was one-of-a kind and a great reflection of their personalities. A huge thank you to Brian, aka Mr. Lego Guy (per the kids haha), from Bricks with Brian for making today possible.

Making Ice Cream 2026

Another successful ice cream program, thanks to Chloe and Christie with the WVU Extension Office. These kids had to use all their might to shake those bags, but it was definitely worth it for the tasty treats! We’ve also included a recipe, so you can make some homemade ice cream, as well.
