Dolly Parton’s impact reaches all the way to Shelby County!

Today, that legacy continues through Porter-Leath’s Books from Birth program, helping the next generation of young readers build their own libraries at home.

There’s even a little history involving former Shelby County Mayor A C Wharton Jr. and former Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen.
