Join us for a special concert on Saturday, May 30th from 2-3pm! 🎟️

The Kenn Morr Band will be joining us as they tour in support of their latest release, “Still Shining”. Recorded at Sandy Brook Studios in Colebrook, CT, the album features eleven new songs penned by Morr highlighted by the cohesive playing of the Kenn Morr Band.

Bring family and friends and come enjoy some of their latest tunes! 🎵

The Meriden Public Library is CLOSED today, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. ❤️
📆 We will reopen tomorrow on Tuesday, May 26th at 9:30am.

📌 Reminder: Starting tomorrow May 26th through June 3rd parts of our online library system will be unavailable as we begin our transition to LCI.
💳 Library Cards: All patrons looking to check out physical materials with us will need to have their physical library card present.
💻 Limited Access: During this time patrons and staff will be unable to view your account through our website, access the catalog, place holds, or renew items.

We thank you for your patience during this temporary downtime and we wish you all a safe holiday! 🫶

🫶 𝐓𝐨 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬...
There are changes coming, but don’t worry! You can continue to use your library card at WPL!

🟦 Effective June 3rd, the Meriden and Wallingford libraries will no longer share a catalog system. As a result your library card will no longer be in our system.

🟦 To continue using the Wallingford Library, just bring your unexpired Meriden library card and a valid photo ID to the WPL Check Out Desk so that we can reactivate your card in our system.

🟦 Wallingford items returned to Meriden after June 3rd may take longer to be checked-in from your account. We encourage you to return Wallingford items to the Wallingford Public Library so that they are checked-in on time.
