Celebrating 4 years with Brittany "Cece" Spencer, Breakthrough Miami Site Director! 🎉

Cece has led with passion, purpose, and heart for the last four years at our Saint Andrew's School site. She has created an environment where Scholars are challenged to aim higher, AmeriCorps Teaching Fellows and Changemakers are empowered to lead, and Success Coaches support young leaders to thrive.

Cece has also strengthened our connections throughout Broward County and Palm Beach County, including building meaningful partnerships with local public schools, opening doors of opportunity for future Scholars.

We’re proud to celebrate Cece's service, spirit, and the countless Breakthroughs she has made possible.

Hi! 👋 I’m Karlee Malloy, and I’m excited to invite you to our 7th annual virtual happening TODAY! 🏁

During the pandemic, I wanted to create a way to bring people together around a shared mission and drive collective impact. Seven years later, Breakthrough Miami's Race to Breakthrough has raised over $800K and has supported multiple Scholars as they begin their Breakthrough journeys!

This Weekend, let’s unite virtually from wherever we are in the world! In honor of Breakthrough Miami's 35th birthday, I want YOU to hit YOUR 35 with us! This year I’ll be running for 35 minutes through the Boston Commons. Here are some ideas:

🚲 Cycle for 3.5 miles
🚶 Walk for 35 minutes
🚣‍♂️ Row for 3.5 hours

It's completely up to YOU! Register, hit your 35, and encourage others to support and lead their own moves! This is what collective IMPACT is all about! 💥

Today, we’re celebrating 3 years of service and Breakthroughs with Beandys De Los Santos, Breakthrough Miami Site Director! 🎉

Beandys has brought purpose, energy, and lots of “breakalicious” spirit to our Miami Country Day School site. From leading school-year and Summer Institute programming to supporting our Scholars, Teaching Fellows, AmeriCorps Members, Instructional Coaches, and Changemakers, Beandys has helped create an environment where our Village can learn, lead, and GROW. 💡

Beandys' thoughtful leadership, genuine care for others, and the meaningful relationships she has built have strengthened our Village for years to come. We couldn’t be more grateful to have her on our DREAM TEAM. 💙

We salute Beandys' three years of service, heart, and SPIRIT. Here's to even more Breakthroughs still ahead! 👏
