New Castle County Government (NCC) reserves the right to monitor and remove any content at any time for any reason at its sole, subjective discretion. Comments, discussion posts, wall posts, and any other user-posted content deemed inappropriate will be removed. Posts falling into the following categories will be deleted:
a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;


c) in violation of any intellectual property right of another;
d) in violation of any law or regulation; or,
e) otherwise offensive. Furthermore, if, in NCC’s judgment, an individual continually posts inappropriate material, NCC may exercise its right to block that individual from posting content. Any user that has an objection to a post may contact the Administrator directly at [email protected]. NCC does not guarantee that every comment will receive a response. NCC will not knowingly reveal user’s details to any third parties. If you have any concerns or questions, please view the privacy statement on our website, newcastlede.gov.

Next Sunday, 6/7, 1:30pm! https://delawarelibraries.libcal.com/event/15688463 The Harlem Renaissance was a period of rich African American artistic and cultural activity. This program explores the Harlem Renaissance and its significance in American history and Black culture. It discusses key figures and their contributions to art, literature, music and theater, along with the rise of Black pride, self-expression, and artistic freedom.

This program has been made possible by the Delaware Humanities, a state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
