Milford fire would like to shout out a huge thank you to our own Sam Weissman for securing a grant to Harbor Freight to help restock our VERY outdated and depleted tool box. We use these tools daily to keep our equipment running in the best shape possible to provide the best service possible. Any maintenance we can do in-house saves tax dollars by helping to reduce our maintenence budget. These tools will certainly help! Thanks Sam!!

Please be carful on the roads this morning, the first snow and freeze of the year is always tricky.

The hill near baker brook road was s very icey this morning and will get salt shortly.

Remrmber, bridges will often freeze first.

Have a good day!

Milford Fire & Rescue received a wonderful gift today from a fantastic woman who has been attending our training for the past few months.

She's helped dunk our Junior Coordinator in water, participated in many EMS training, poked around all the fire apparatus, provided the most delicious of delicious no bake cookies ever, and even marveled at the inside of the ambulance.

Sheryl Sparlin has gifted MFD with its very own, brand new Reeve's Sleeve!!! Our first one too. Some of our former UVAC chiefs will be very pleased with this gift.

We'll put it to use right away. Thank you!

As always, your Milford Fire Department is here when you need us, just call.
