๐ŸŽ“ Celebrating Our Graduates! ๐ŸŽ“

This graduation season is especially meaningful for the Old Town Police Department as we celebrate two graduates who hold a special place in our OTPD family.

Congratulations to Taylor Loring, graduating from Old Town High School, and Kodie Wells, graduating from Bangor High School!

As the children of OTPD staff members, we have had the privilege of watching these young adults grow, achieve, and prepare for the next chapter of their lives. Their hard work, determination, and accomplishments have made their families, and all of us at OTPD, extremely proud.

We wish Taylor and Kodie the very best as they pursue their future goals and adventures. Remember to dream big, work hard, and never forget where you came from.

Congratulations, Taylor and Kodie! The future is yours! ๐ŸŽ“โœจ

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿฉ NATIONAL DONUT DAY ALERT ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿšจ

At the Old Town Police Department, we take National Donut Day very seriouslyโ€ฆ probably more seriously than we should.

Whether itโ€™s powdered, glazed, chocolate frosted, or filled with enough jelly to become a crime scene, donuts have fueled many early mornings, late nights, and long shifts over the years.

Today, we encourage everyone to support your local donut shops, treat yourself to something sweet, and remember, calories consumed on National Donut Day do not count. We checked. Itโ€™s official police business. ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿฉ

Stay safe, Old Townโ€ฆ and save us a donut!

Senior Breakfast, One of Our Favorite Traditions! ๐ŸŽ“

Each year, members of the Old Town Police Department and Old Town Fire Department have the honor of cooking and serving breakfast to the graduating seniors of Old Town High School.

This event is always one of our favorites, not just because of the great food, but because it gives us an opportunity to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of the Class of 2026. Watching these students reach this milestone and prepare for their next chapter is something special.

Congratulations to all of this year's graduates! We are proud of you and wish you the very best as you pursue your goals, whether that means college, the military, the workforce, or another exciting path.

Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your celebration. Enjoy the memories, embrace the future, and remember that your Old Town community is cheering you on every step of the way.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! ๐ŸŽ“๐ŸŽ‰

๐ŸŽ“ Preparing for Graduation ๐ŸŽ“

Graduation season is here, and we know many students and families are busy preparing for this special milestone.

As you celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2026, please remember to celebrate safely:

๐ŸŽ“ Wear your seatbelt
๐ŸŽ“ Keep celebrations respectful of neighbors and communities
๐ŸŽ“ Watch for increased pedestrian traffic around schools and event venues
๐ŸŽ“ Make smart choices that will help create lasting positive memories

To all graduating seniors, congratulations on your hard work and dedication. We wish you success as you begin your next chapter!

The future is bright, go make your mark on the world!

Despite what Sgt Decoteau says about his wife's athletic abilities, we have video proof that Det Sgt Decoteau knows a thing or two about soccer. Her skills and kindness were all the rave at these kiddos dinner table that evening. Way to get a great example Melissa! โšฝ๏ธ
