District 6 would like to congratulate Clement J. Zablocki School 5th grade graduates. We are so proud of you all. For the past 6 years your District 6 CLO's Officer Ward and Garcia have presented one 5th grade student with a Scholarship. A student is chosen for their strong academic skills, leadership skills, or great improvement of both over their elementary school years. This year we are honored to present this years, District 6 Scholarship to Yayang. Keep up the great work. Congratulations Zablocki Eagles.

Another successful Community Pop Up Cook Out event, which was held at the beautiful Polonia Peace Park. Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed. Also, a special thanks to our community partners Historic Highway 41 aka South 27th Street, Live Laugh Loaves MKE, and all of our volunteers who made this event possible. District 6 would like to congratulate all of these amazing Clement J. Zablocki School students for getting the last Student of The Month award for the 2025-2026 school year. We would also like to give a special congratulations to Mohammed for receiving our Milwaukee Police Department District 6-Certificate of Appreciation. District 6 is working with Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) to feature dogs who need a loving home to adopt them. This week we are featuring Teddy. Teddy is a i year old, spayed female terrier, who has been at the shelter since 04/28/26. Teddy is full of energy, friendly, and loves to play. Teddy was so much fun to have around the district station and even helped out with some of the office work. If you would like to meet Teddy, MADACC's adoption hours are 11am-6pm M/F and 11am to 4pm on Sat/Sun. They are located at 3839 W. Burnham St., Milwaukee. Help us find Teddy a FURever home. Please check out MADACC website for more animals that need a loving home.

District 6 is working with Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) to feature dogs who need a loving home to adopt them. This week we are featuring Jonah. Jonah is 8 months, neutered male German Shepherd, who has been at the shelter since 05/04/26. Jonah is full of energy, friendly, and loves to play. Jonah was so much fun to have around the district station. If you would like to meet Jonah, MADACC's adoption hours are 11am-6pm M/F and 11am to 4pm on Sat/Sun. They are located at 3839 W.
