Serving Older Adults of Southeast Wisconsin We envision a community where every adult 50 and better will be connected to the resources they need.

Serving Older Adults of Southeast Wisconsin (SOA) is redefining what it means to age well. We are a nonprofit organization serving adults age 50+ across Milwaukee County, focused on aging with independence, autonomy, equity, and connection. Through community-based senior centers, innovative wellness programming, and strong partnerships, SOA empowers older adults to remain active, engaged, and supported, on their own terms. As SOA evolves beyond the traditional senior center model, we are expanding access, building partnerships, and responding to today’s aging realities, ensuring older adults have the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to thrive in community.

📢An important message from SOA's President and CEO, regarding our technology programming:

Serving Older Adults of Southeast Wisconsin remains committed to providing technology education and support to older adults throughout our community. As part of an organizational restructuring, SOA recently discontinued the former Tech Connect staffing and service-delivery model.

This change does not represent an end to SOA's commitment to technology programming. SOA is transitioning this work to SOA Digital Connections, a new model designed to provide technology education and support through trained Digital Navigators, Tech Coaches, volunteers and community partners.

During this transition, some classes and services may be temporarily postponed or adjusted as the new model is implemented. We appreciate the patience of our participants and community partners and look forward to sharing additional information as Digital Connections continues to develop.

Organizations that previously partnered with SOA through Tech Connect are encouraged to contact SOA directly regarding current or future technology programming partnerships. All programs, services, agreements and partnerships provided through Tech Connect were programs of Serving Older Adults of Southeast Wisconsin.

SOA remains committed to helping older adults confidently navigate technology and stay connected in an increasingly digital world.

We are transitioning Tech Connect into SOA Digital Connections—a redesigned model that will bring together Digital Navigators, Tech Coaches, volunteers, and community partners to provide technology education and support to older adults.

❗Some classes may be temporarily postponed or rescheduled while we build the new model, but our commitment to technology education isn't changing.

We aren't stepping away from this work. We're building a more sustainable way to continue and grow it.

Watch for more information about SOA Digital Connections, upcoming classes, technology assistance, and opportunities to get involved.
