For this week’s HopeWorks Highlight, we recognize someone who has quickly become a valuable part of the HopeWorks team.
Grant is a HopeWorks intern gaining hands-on experience across many parts of the case management process. He helps manage our waitlist, schedule participant intakes, learn our case management software and onboarding process, support 30, 60, and 90-day client reviews, and respond to walk-ins who want to learn more about the program.
After his own journey at the Modesto Gospel Mission, he completed the New Life Program and now uses his familiarity with the individuals who come to HopeWorks through the Mission, his energy, and his unique perspective to help those working on the HopeWorks team (and himself) push forward to achieve their goals.
