🚨 Delaware County, you need to see this. 🚨

The Democratic Socialists of America has a local Muncie branch. The DSA has published a "Statement of Recommendations for the 2026 Election." It recommends Democratic candidates for the Indiana House, Sara Gullion and Phil Gift (Districts 34 and 35), candidate for County Commissioner Ken Mace (District 3), and candidates for County Council Cody York and Michael Durall (Districts 1 and 4). It also urges a "NO" vote on Public Question #1.

DSA is an openly socialist organization. Its stated goal is to move our economy away from free enterprise and toward collective ownership. Many of its positions, like a takeover of elected school boards and university trustees, new taxpayer-funded rail, and sweeping election changes, would fundamentally reshape how our county and state operate.

We can no longer assume socialism is something that only happens "on the coasts." It is organizing here, in Delaware County, and its members want a voice in running our local government. We are still waiting on our local Democrat party or any of these “recommended” candidates to disavow socialism… ⏰

This election matters. Local officials decide your property taxes, your schools, and how your tax dollars are spent. We can't afford to sit this one out.

✅ Early voting is open now.🔴 Vote Republican to keep Delaware County grounded in common sense, free enterprise, and our shared values.

Our community deserves judges who know the law, respect the law, and follow the law.

Sadly, Judge Amanda Dunnuck’s record raises serious questions about her willingness to do so. Indiana law requires a city judge to maintain residency within the city they serve. Judge Dunnick chose to move outside the city limits, yet she has continued to serve as city judge rather than stepping down.

Now, Judge Dunnuck is seeking election to a higher judicial position. Before voters make that decision, they deserve to know the facts surrounding her residency and her continued service as city judge.

Following the law is not optional for a judge. Judges are entrusted with upholding the law and holding others accountable to it. Voters should carefully consider whether a candidate who has refused to step down after moving outside the required jurisdiction should be entrusted with a higher judicial office.

Matt Kantz for Delaware County Commissioner - Candidate for Delaware County Commissioner

The Council does good work, but the Commissioners are where the rubber meets the road. They’re the ones making the day-to-day calls on roads, contracts, county buildings, and whether local businesses can actually thrive here. Those aren’t political decisions; they’re operational ones, and they require real-world experience and the ability to find common ground. Matt brings both to the table.

He isn’t running to make a name for himself. He wants Delaware County to work better for families, small business owners, farmers, and first responders.

He and his wife, Jaime, have called Delaware County home for more than 20 years, where they’ve raised their daughters, Emma and Abby. He currently serves as a County Councilman and President Pro Tempore.

His Record on the Council:

* Founded and led the Delaware County Strategic Financial Planning Committee, developing a Comprehensive Financial Plan and Capital Investment Plan to prepare for major budget cuts coming in 2028.
* Partnered with the Auditor’s Office to streamline the budget process and crafted Local Income Tax options under SEA 1 that protect law enforcement and public safety.
* Serves as President of the 911 Board and Council liaison to EMS, EMA, 911, and the Board of Health.
* Leads the County IT Committee, bringing years of technology experience to county government.

Beyond the Council:

He brings 25 years of private-sector experience and currently serves as National Sales Director at Elsevier, where he has carried the division’s largest sales quota and consistently ranked among its top national performers, including securing a $13 million-plus contract for a major children’s hospital.

Previously, he managed a $10 million-plus budget and a 12-person delivery team at Allscripts. He is also known as a mentor and “closer’s coach” to young professionals.

He holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a BS in Computer Information Systems.

Vote for Matt Kantz for Commissioner on or before November 3.

Delaware County, this one matters.

JD Ford, the Democratic nominee for Indiana's 5th District, is asking for your vote. He opposes Indiana's abortion laws, wants to limit local-police cooperation with immigration enforcement, and backs a sweeping shift away from traditional energy. Local Democrats are lining up behind him.

Do those positions reflect Delaware County? No.

We know and love this community for its hard work, its families, and its common-sense values. We can't afford to let Washington-style ideology take root here.

📅 Not registered? The deadline is Monday, Oct. 5.

Jeff Stanley for Sheriff - Candidate for Delaware County Sheriff

Jeff is seeking to become Delaware County’s next Sheriff because he believes experience, leadership, accountability, and conservative values matter. He is committed to protecting our families, securing our values, supporting the Constitution, and ensuring the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office remains an agency our community can trust and be proud of.

Jeff Stanley has dedicated more than 30 years of his life to public safety and serving the people of Delaware County. His career began in 1994 as a dispatcher with Delaware County 911 while attending Ball State University. In 1999, Jeff graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology and began his career as a Merit Deputy with the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.

Over the next three decades, Jeff built a broad law enforcement background that includes 16 years with the Muncie-Delaware County Drug Task Force, service in the Criminal Investigation Division, 19 years on the SWAT Team, and extensive experience with the Bomb Squad and Search and Recovery SCUBA Team. He is an FBI-certified bomb technician, fi****ms instructor, and has received specialized r***e training through the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.

In 2019, Sheriff Tony Skinner appointed Jeff to serve as Chief Deputy of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office. In that role, Jeff has helped oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, working closely with deputies, county officials, community leaders, and other law enforcement agencies. His focus has remained on proactive policing, responsible use of taxpayer dollars, strong community partnerships, professional training, and providing deputies with the resources they need to keep Delaware County safe.

Jeff and his wife, Vicki, have been married since 1999 and raised their two sons in Delaware County. Their oldest son, Zachary, is attending Indiana University School of Medicine, and their youngest, Brayden, is studying finance at Ball State University. For Jeff, family and community are at the heart of his decision to serve.

Vote for Jeff Stanley on or before November 3rd!
