Rutherford Collegiate Prep RCP is Rutherford County's first, free, public K-8 charter school. Now accepting applications for Grades K-7 for the 2025-26 school year.

The mission of Rutherford Collegiate Prep (RCP) is to provide a personalized, engaged, supported, and challenging environment that will strengthen students academically, socially, and emotionally. Students will leave RCP with the skills and mindset necessary to not only face reality but create improvements for the next generation.

🚁✨ What an unforgettable day! Our students had the incredible opportunity to get up close with a real medical helicopter right on the school field. They watched in awe as it landed and lifted off, experiencing the power and precision firsthand!

Even better, they got to meet the amazing medics and pilot—asking thoughtful questions, learning about lifesaving work, and even peeking inside the helicopter. 💙

Moments like these spark curiosity, build connections, and bring learning to life in the most exciting ways. We are thankful to our helicopter crew for inspiring our students and making this day so special! 👏
