🇵🇷✨ Today we proudly celebrate the spirit, history, resilience, and vibrant culture of the Puerto Rican community at the National Puerto Rican Day Parade!

This year’s theme, “Somos Más Que 100x35” reminds us that Puerto Rican identity is far greater than geography — it is community, heritage, leadership, compassion, and generations of excellence woven into every story shared today. ❤️💙🤍

We are especially proud to recognize our beloved NAHN-NY alumnus member, Sylvia Gonzalez, who participated as part of the incredible cast of volunteers representing important Puerto Rican figures throughout history. Sylvia has long been a shining light within NAHN-NY and NAHN National — mentoring, uplifting, and inspiring so many nurses and leaders along the way.

Her dedication to service, culture, and community reflects the very heart of what this parade represents. Seeing her honored in this celebration was truly special and deeply meaningful to all of us. 🌟

Thank you, Sylvia, for being a mentor, advocate, and role model whose impact continues to reach generations. We celebrate you today and always.

¡Que viva Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷
