At LEADS, we believe collaboration makes us stronger.

This week, Nate, our CEO, had the opportunity to visit Great Lakes Community Action Partnership, to share ideas, talk through challenges, and learn from each their CEO, Ruthann.

Community Action is a network built on the belief that we can accomplish more when we work together. We’re always looking for ways to learn, grow, and bring new ideas back to the communities we serve.

We’re proud to be part of Ohio’s Community Action Network—and grateful for colleagues who are willing to share their knowledge and experience.

Together, we are stronger. 💙

Today, we join the world in mourning the loss of Dolly Parton.

Dolly gave us unforgettable music, laughter, and joy. But perhaps one of her greatest legacies will be the gift of a love for reading.

Through the Imagination Library, Dolly put books into the hands of millions of children, helping them discover the magic that can be found within the pages of a story. She understood that a book can open a child’s mind, spark their imagination, and help shape their future.

At LEADS Head Start, we see that same truth every day. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, dream, and build a strong foundation for the future.

Today, we honor Dolly’s extraordinary life by celebrating the children who will open a book, hear a story, and imagine what is possible because someone believed they deserved that opportunity.

**Thank you, Dolly, for reminding us that changing the world can begin with something as simple—and powerful—as putting a book in the hands of a child. Your legacy will live on in every story shared, every page turned, and every child inspired to dream. ❤️📚**
