For July, we recognize Cadet Arnesa Chery.

Core Value: Professionalism

Cadet Chery has consistently demonstrated the core value of Professionalism through her reliability, positive attitude, and exceptional interactions with both officers and fellow Cadets. Since joining the Cadet Program, she has earned the trust and respect of her supervisors by arriving prepared for every shift, remaining flexible in supporting departmental needs, and consistently carrying herself with maturity and competence.

Cadet Chery's strong communication skills and approachable demeanor have made her a valued member of the Cadet Program. Officers frequently comment on how exceptionally well spoken she is and genuinely enjoy interacting with her. She treats everyone with courtesy and respect, fosters positive working relationships across the department, and is regarded as someone who contributes to a welcoming and professional team environment. In recognition of her knowledge, dependability, and attention to detail, she was also selected to serve as a Buildings Trainer, helping prepare new Cadets for success.

Congratulations, Cadet Chery, on being selected as July's Cadet of the Month, and thank you for your continued professionalism and commitment to the University community!

Well done!
