On June 26, 2026, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders proclaimed July 19th through 25th, 2026 as Pretrial, Probation and Parole Supervision (PPPS) Week. Governor Sanders stated, " With the theme, 'Connected for Change: Building Bridges in Supervision,' National Pretrial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week offers an opportunity to recognize and honor the commitment, integrity, courage, and service of Arkansas’s Community Supervision professionals, who work tirelessly to safeguard our communities and guide individuals toward lasting change."

Today, the Grimes Unit celebrated Independence Day with a Fourth of July potluck. It was a great opportunity for staff to come together, enjoy good food, and recognize the spirit of teamwork that makes our workplace strong. Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make the celebration a success. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸🎇
