Getting Smart with Our Phones! On June 4th, members of the Mancini Center began a four-week course on Smartphone Photography. We learned new ways to take better pictures and had a lot of fun experimenting with settings like “Portrait” and “Panoramic”. Participants all received handouts to follow along in the lesson and take home for review! We are all looking forward to Week 2!

The Power and Joy of Savoring Food! Another great nutrition and cooking demo with Kathi Masi! Held on June 2nd, members of the Mancini Center learned how to turn eating into a mindful, joyful experience! Using our senses to compare and contrast the scents, flavors, and textures of various fruits, the event culminated with a tasting of fresh panna cotta that was bursting with fruit flavors, and a deliciously refreshing smooth and creamy texture.
