As we prepare for summer break, it’s important to remember that transitions can be especially difficult for many individuals in the autistic community.
Changes in routine, schedules, environments, and support systems can bring stress and uncertainty. Small steps like maintaining routines, preparing ahead of time, and offering patience and support can make a big difference.
Summer can still be a time for growth, fun, and connection—with understanding leading the way.

Last week, our Spectrum Academy Night of the Arts on our Pleasant Grove campus was a celebration of creativity and talent.
Highlights from the evening included a stunning Living Art Show, beautiful performances from our choir and theater students, and unique artwork created by students across all grade levels.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support our talented students and make the evening so special! 👏
