Good Evening PRIDE,
This is Mr. Davis, Principal of Liberty Middle School. I am very excited to lead the Liberty Pride into the 2026-2027 academic school year. Last year, LMS experienced success in many areas. English, math, science, and civics all saw improvements. The results of all of your hard work inched LMS much closer to being an “A” school.
This year we will focus on continuing to grow academically and socially by enhancing classroom instruction, student engagement, and school spirit. Growth is a continuous process, therefore there is no end point, even after we earn our “A” this year.
As the new principal of Liberty, I strongly encourage all parents, guardians, students, and staff to expect excellence and hold each other to that standard. Together we can take our savannah to another level of greatness.
Lastly, I want to invite each of you to get involved. Join the School Advisory Committee, sign up to volunteer, and come to our various learning nights. We will have Orientation on Thursday, August 6th at 12:30-1:30pm for ESE Students and 2:30-3:30pm for General Education students. We will also have Open House on Wednesday, September 16th from 5:00-7:30pm (5:00-6:00pm Title 1 Annual meeting).
