Volleyball season is right around the corner, and now is the time to put in the work! Whether you’re returning to the court or looking to join the team, our Girls Volleyball Open Gym is the perfect place to sharpen your skills, build confidence, and prepare for the season ahead.

Mark your calendars! Registration Day is your one-stop opportunity to get ready for an amazing school year at Mount Ogden Junior High.

🗓 Wednesday, August 5
🕘 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We encourage ALL students to attend! During registration, you can:
👀 Complete your vision screening (7th & 9th graders—skip doing it during the school year!)
🚌 Get bus transportation information
🍎 Submit lunch applications
💉 Update immunization records
🏊 Learn about YMCA opportunities

Do you have a future football player at home? Join the **Ogden High School Youth Football Camp** for an evening of fun, learning, and football fundamentals!

📅 **Tuesday, July 21**
🕕 **6:00–8:00 PM**
📍 **Ogden High School Football Field**
💲 **FREE!**
👦👧 Open to **Boys & Girls in Grades K–8**

Led by **Coach Terry Larsen** and the Ogden High coaching staff, campers will enjoy:
🏈 Football fundamentals
⚡ Speed & agility drills
💪 Combine-style challenges
🎯 Skill stations including passing, receiving, tackling, blocking, ball security, and more!

✨ **Bonus:** Meet the Ogden Tigers varsity players and coaches!
💧 Water will be provided, and parents are welcome to stay and watch.

Whether your child is stepping onto the field for the first time or looking to improve their skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the Tigers!

🚧🏫 **Important Summer Building Update** 🏫🚧

As we continue preparing Mount Ogden Jr. High for another great school year, school improvement projects are underway! 🎉

**Now through July 24:**
🚪 Please continue to utilize the **MAIN ENTRANCE.**
🔔 Ring the doorbell at the front doors/main entrance.
👋 A staff member will direct you over to the **middle hall doors** for entrance into MOJH.
⚠️ During this time, the COMMONS and MUSIC DEPT will be inaccessible.

🕗 **Office Hours remain the same:**
Monday–Friday | **8:00 AM – 3:00 PM**
🇺🇸 🎇 **The building will be closed July 24 for Pioneer Day.**

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make improvements to our school. We can't wait for everyone to see the updates when students return this fall! 💙🐏

Our Student Body Officers are already hard at work preparing for an amazing school year! ☀️

During this year’s SBO Summer Retreat, students participated in team-building activities, brainstormed new ideas and events, collaborated on plans for the year ahead, and—of course—had a lot of fun together! 🎉🤝💡

The best school years start with great leadership, and we can’t wait to see these student leaders make a positive impact at Mount Ogden Junior High. Their excitement, creativity, and dedication are already setting the stage for an incredible year!

Our Freshmen/Sophomore football team finalized their days of camp! Last week, the Tigers hit the field for scrimmages against Roy and Clearfield High Schools, gaining valuable experience and continuing to build as a team. 💪
