For new parents, a properly installed car seat is one of the most important safety resources. Yet for families already facing financial challenges, the cost of a new car seat can be an overwhelming barrier.

Through the Christ Child Society of Omaha’s Car Seat Program, we are helping remove that barrier by providing essential car seats to families in need. These brand new car seats empower new parents to travel safely and confidently with their little ones from the very beginning.

We are proud to partner with organizations like Children's Nebraska, whose team helps distribute our car seats and ensures parents receive the education and hands-on instruction needed for proper installation.

Your support does more than provide a car seat. It gives a parent confidence, peace of mind and the ability to safely protect their child.

Service, friendship, and collaboration in action! 🩵
The Sazzy Seniors from Catholic Charities Omaha gathered at the Creighton Child Safety Center for a special service project - assembling Christ Child layettes for babies in need throughout our community.
These dedicated volunteers packed newborn essentials with care and compassion!
We are grateful to the Sazzy Seniors and our partners at the Creighton Child Safety Center for helping us ensure that vulnerable infants and their families receive a warm and welcoming start.

The Christ Child Society of Omaha Car Seat Program has been busy this summer!
We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with local agencies and organizations to help provide new car seats and education to families in need. Just this summer, we have empowered families through our partnerships with Creighton’s Child Safety Center, EPS, Guiding Grace and Bethlehem House Omaha!
A properly installed car seat can make a life-saving difference. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to ensure that more children are traveling safely and that parents have access to this critical resource! 🚗 💺 💙

🌟 Celebrating Women Who Make a Difference! 🌟

Christ Child Society of Omaha was honored to be a sponsor for Women’s Center for Advancement’s 39th Annual Tribute to Women Luncheon. Board Members and staff gathered to celebrate this inspiring event and the incredible women being recognized for their leadership, service and impact in our community.
We were especially proud to celebrate honoree, Sue Seline, past Board President and current National Christ Child Society President-Elect. Her commitment to service and making a difference in the lives of others beautifully reflects the mission we share.
We are grateful for opportunity to support Wca Omaha and their crucial work with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking.
Congratulations to all of the honorees and thank you WCA for the meaningful work you do everyday. 💙

We have been blessed to welcome two Confirmation Small Faith groups from St. Margaret Mary Parish Omaha over the past few weeks for special service opportunities!
These awesome students filled hundreds of baby bags full of newborn items that will be given to mothers and babies in need throughout our community!
These special service opportunities offer young people the opportunity to live out their faith through compassion, generosity, and service as they prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation later this year.
We are grateful for their helping hands and hearts to serve others. ❤️

Last week, Christ Child Society of Omaha was honored to partner with Creighton’s Child Safety Center Creighton University and OPS School as Hub to provide families with a critical resource - safe transportation for their children. 🚙💺
Participants received hands-on car seat safety education and installation guidance from specialists from Children's Nebraska before taking home one of our brand new car seats. Through this event, families gained the knowledge and confidence needed to keep their children safe on every journey.
Resources like these make a life-changing difference for families facing financial challenges and it is only possible through the generosity of Christ Child Omaha donors.
