Your brain health matters — and small lifestyle changes can make a big difference.

The IU Health Rural Dementia Network is offering a free six-session Healthy Brain Workshop at the Orleans Public Library focused on practical ways to support cognitive wellness and healthy aging. Topics will include nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social connection, purpose, and everyday habits that can help keep the brain healthy over time.

This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning more about brain health for themselves, a loved one, or their community. Space is limited to 10 participants, and commitment to all six sessions is requested.

The Summer Reading Program is just 3 weeks away!

We have a fun visitor our first day of the program! Meet an albino snapping turtle, learn all about turtles, make a turtle craft, and more with the Patoka Lake Naturalist.
