Good evening Falcon families. We are excited to welcome you back for the 2026–2027 school year! Please join us for Back-to-School Night on Tuesday, August 4, beginning at 5:00 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR).

The evening will begin with a short welcome presentation from Mr. Hammond and Mrs. Lee, where we'll share exciting information about the upcoming school year.

5:15–5:55 PM – Teacher Session 1
6:05–6:45 PM – Teacher Session 2
This is a wonderful opportunity to:

🏫 Meet your child's teacher(s)
📚 Learn about classroom expectations and curriculum
🤝 Connect with our school community
👕 Visit the PTA table to purchase KFES spirit wear
⭐ Join the PTA during our Membership Drive and take advantage of exciting incentives!
🎨 Visit community organizations in the MPR to learn about after-school programs, activities, and services available for your child.
Think Together and the Boys and Girls Club will be there for after-school program sign-ups
The front office will also be open for enrollment questions.
We look forward to partnering with you for another outstanding year as we continue our Legacy of Excellence!
We can't wait to see all of our Falcon families on Tuesday evening!

We hope our families are having a great summer break. At Finchy, our teachers and administrators are always striving to learn the best ways to work with our falcons. They were all perfect students at this five day conference they attended.

At Katherine Finchy, being the best that we can be is always our number one priority.

We can’t wait to see our families in three more weeks. Enjoy the rest of the summer and we look forward to seeing our new and returning Falcons! 🤗

When the kids are away, your admin will play! 😂 Our admins finished a three day conference today, along side all of the other wonderful PSUSD admin. They had fun, while learning a lot.

Today each team dressed up in a theme. Their team were teenagers. They nailed it! 😂

Today was our 5th grade promotion dance for our Falcons. One last hoorah before moving on middle school.

We always want them to know that we are proud of them and even though they are moving on, they will always be a Falcon and they will always matter to us.

They get a DJ, goody bags and a light up foam stick. Super simple, but fun. They had the best time and we just love seeing those happy faces running around dancing and carefree. 💃🏼🕺🏻☺️

Tomorrow is early dismissal at 12:10 and NO Think Together Friday. 😋
