Financial readiness is a critical pillar of overall mission effectiveness. A double-point earning period is active for the MILITARY STAR Card from June 15-21, in conjunction with the NASCAR San Diego Weekend hosted at Naval Base Coronado.

During this timeframe, cardholders can earn 4 points per $1 spent at NEX locations, Navy MWR facilities, food courts and installation concessions. This offer is valid at every naval base.

Registration is now open for Summer Swim Lessons with MWR Aquatics!

Our Starfish Swim School program helps children build confidence, safety skills, and swimming ability through progressive instruction tailored to their comfort and skill level in the water.

🏊 Session 1: June 22 - July 2 (Monday - Thursday)
🏊 Session 2: July 7 - July 17 (Tuesday - Friday)

Swim School Stages Available:
• White Stage - Trust & Submersion (minimum age 3)
• Red Stage - Body Position & Air Recovery
• Yellow Stage - Forward Movement & Direction Change
• Blue Stage - Rotary Movement

💲 Military: $75 per student, per class
💲 Civilian: $100 per student, per class

The DoD MWR Libraries Summer Reading Program is now open for registration. This year’s theme is “Plant a Seed, Read.”

Participants can track reading, complete activities, and earn prizes through the online platform at:
