🥵 Hot Out There? Cool Down at the Pool! 🌊
New operating hours are officially active at the MWR Panama City Aquatics Center (Bldg 434)! From August 10 through September 13, the pool is ready to help you beat the heat, stay fit, and relax.

Open to all eligible ID card holders, including DoW Contractors!

NEW pool hours at MWR Panama City Aquatics Center!

August 10 through September 13 in an effort to support recreational and personal fitness swimming activities.

RECREATION SWIM
Weekends and Holidays: 9 am - 4 pm

LAP SWIM
Monday-Friday: 5:30 - 8:30 am / 11 am - 1 pm / 4:30 - 6:30 pm

WATER AEROBICS
Wednesdays: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Saturdays: 8 - 9 am

**Evening lap swim - Wednesdays: 5:30 - 6:30 pm**

The MWR pool is located at building 434 and is available to all eligible ID card carrying personnel to include DoW Contractors. Off-season hours will be announced at a later date. For more information, please contact the Fitness Center at 850-234-4370.

Congratulations to Culinary Specialist 2nd Class (CS2) Jones - Frocked to First Class Petty Officer in a special ceremony officiated by Installation Executive Officer LCDR Taha. Frocking grants her the authority and responsibilities of a Navy 1st Class Petty Officer as she prepares to officially assume the rank of CS1.

IT'S EVERY PARENT'S FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR!

🚌 Back to School = Back to Basics on NSA PC

School's back in session, and that means school buses are back on the roads throughout housing and near CYP! A friendly reminder for everyone driving on and off the installation:

🛑 Stop for the flashing red lights and extended stop arm - in both directions, every time.
👀 Watch for kids near bus stops, crosswalks, and CYP drop-off/pick-up.
📵 Phones down in school zones and around housing.

A few extra seconds of patience keeps our kids safe. Let's start the school year off right! 🎒

The PCB Coffee Pirates Coffee Cart will be open from 0700–1100 in the parking lot across from Bldg. 146, between Vernon Avenue and Skylark Road. All personnel are invited to stop by and enjoy a variety of freshly brewed coffee and specialty beverages.

The Coffee Pirates Coffee Cart will be available every Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the month of August, weather permitting.
