Every Friday, Breezy Mart is powered by people who believe that no family should have to wonder where their next meal is coming from.

In this video, one of our dedicated volunteers shares why he continues to show up and serve. That spirit of service is exactly what Breezy Mart is about—neighbors helping neighbors and making sure families have access to the food they need.

Fighting hunger is more than something we do at Breezy Mart—it’s one of my legislative priorities in Harrisburg. I see firsthand how food insecurity impacts working families, seniors, and children, and I’ll continue fighting for policies and resources that help put food on tables across Philadelphia and Pennsylvania.

We can talk about hunger, or we can roll up our sleeves and do something about it. Every Friday, our volunteers choose to do something.

Thank you to every volunteer who helps us serve our community.
