Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission COMMENT POLICY

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) sponsors a number of official social media sites.

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission is dedicated to uniting the region's elected officials, planning professionals, and the public with a common vision of making a great region even greater. Comments posted to social media sites maintained by DVRPC will be monitored and inappropriate content will be removed. DVRPC will remove any prohibited content, including those items that are: (1)

not related to DVRPC; (2) profane language or content; (3) content that defames or threatens to defame a person or group of persons; (4) sexual content or links to sexual content; (5) solicitations of commerce; (6) conduct or encouragement of illegal activity; (7) information that may compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems; or, (8) content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party. DVRPC, however, disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for any materials that are prohibited under these guidelines, which cannot be removed in an expeditious and otherwise timely manner. DVRPC welcomes your comments and we encourage you to get involved. Call for photos: The RIVER ALIVE exhibit will be a community-based exploration of what it means to be in a river city, through photographs that reflect the diverse aspects of the Delaware River Watershed within four urban areas of the Delaware Estuary: Camden, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Chester, PA; and Wilmington, DE.

This exhibit is made possible through the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary’s participation in the EPA’s Artist-in-Residence Pilot Program.

Last month the DVRPC Board voted to adopt the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Pennsylvania. The FFY 2027 TIP for Pennsylvania covers the four years of FFY27-FFY30 and represents the region’s federally funded transportation improvement priorities. It contains 344 projects, including the Interstate Management Program (IMP), totaling over $8.2 billion for the phases to be advanced over the next four years.
