Does your work schedule conflict with your child’s dismissal time from school? No worries! Our AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM provides complimentary pick up from Lawton Elementary School as well as homework help, a snack, and lots of outdoor play! Only $75 per month, Monday thru Friday, 3pm to 6pm. Sign ups begin August 18th, program start date TBD.

We enjoyed hosting The Tacony Holmesburg Townwatch’s event sponsored by Councilmember Mike Driscoll’s office to celebrate the 2026 National Night Out! We were happy to see all of the special guests supporting our community including Councilmember Mike Driscoll, Rep. Jared Solomon, Rep. Pat Gallagher, Senator Joe Picozzi, and of course Mayor Cherelle L. Parker! The evening was packed with lots of local vendors and food trucks, music, pony rides, free haircuts and giveaways, talented performances by Action Karate and The Greater Kensington Stringband, and a beautiful ceremony to retire/replace our flag by a representative from American Legion Post 133 and a US Air Force officer. Much credit and appreciation to Ronni Nicoletti and Michele Mabie Fleming for all their hard work to make the event a success! We look forward to next year!
