Students at Desert Mirage Elementary School had a blast joining Food Services | Chartwells K12 Chef Jakob for a hands-on Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats workshop in the cafeteria. From mixing ingredients to learning about healthy breakfast choices, students enjoyed creating a delicious treat while having fun in the kitchen.

A big thank you to Chef Jakob for making nutrition education both engaging and tasty!

Exciting news for Pendergast students! Amberlea Elementary School, Canyon Breeze Elementary School, Desert Horizon Elementary School, Sonoran Sky Elementary School, and Villa de Paz Elementary have received the STEM Baseball Program through a generous donation from STEM Sports and Access Insurance Agency of Arizona, LLC.

This innovative program will provide students with hands-on learning experiences that connect STEM concepts to real-world applications while strengthening critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Thank you to our community partners for investing in our students and helping inspire the next generation of innovators!

Leadership, service, and legacy were celebrated at the 8th Grade Superintendent’s Student Council Banquet!

Council alumni returned to share their experiences, words of encouragement, and advice with the next generation of leaders. The outgoing 2025-26 council members then proudly "passed the baton" to the incoming 2026-27 council members.

Thank you to our student leaders for their incredible leadership and we can't wait to see what the next chapter holds for our newest council members!
