Thank you to Governor Josh Shapiro, Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis, the Pennsylvania General Assembly, and every elected official who worked together to pass the 2026–2027 Pennsylvania State Budget. Your commitment to supporting our communities will have a lasting impact across the Commonwealth.

At Center for Victims, we are honored to stand beside our local, state, and federal partners every day as we work to help individuals and families heal, rebuild, and move forward. Together, we have helped thousands of survivors find safety, hope, and healing after experiencing violence, trauma, and crime.

This investment reaches far beyond crisis response. It strengthens prevention efforts, expands victim services, supports youth through mentoring, after-school programs, violence prevention initiatives, and positive opportunities that help young people thrive. These investments build stronger families, safer neighborhoods, and healthier communities.

Behind every budget line is a child who finds hope instead of fear. A family that receives support during their darkest moments. A survivor who knows they are not alone. A young person who discovers opportunity, purpose, and a brighter future.
We are especially grateful for the leadership of Governor Josh Shapiro, Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis, and the members of the General Assembly who recognize that investing in victims, children, youth, and families is an investment in the future of Pennsylvania.

Thank you for your partnership, your leadership, and your continued commitment to the people we are privileged to serve. Center for Victims is proud to work beside you as we continue creating safer communities, restoring hope, and changing lives every day.
