Since 1970, the International Affairs Council at ISU has organized the Frank Church Symposium to offer our community a free event that focuses on topics relevant to international affairs. This year's theme is Our New Normal? Evaluating Global Futures, and the students are questioning whether we're observing fundamental change in our increasingly digitized globe.
