📢 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – FRANKLIN COUNTY

The Franklin County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on:

🗓 Monday, June 8, 2026
🕘 9:10 a.m.
📍 Franklin County Courthouse Board Room
39 W. Oneida, Preston, ID

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and consider amendments to Franklin County Ordinance No. 2003-1, which adopted the International Building Code, to also include the Idaho Plumbing Code along with any future state amendments or additions.
