Looking for a new place to live? Stay alert for these common warning signs of rental scams:

* The rent seems unrealistically low, especially for a luxury property.
* You’re pressured to make a decision or send money immediately.
* The landlord requests unusual payment methods, such as gift cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers.
* No application or background check is required.
* You’re unable to tour the property before paying a deposit or signing a lease.

If something feels too good to be true, it probably is. Protect yourself by taking your time, verifying the listing, and never sending money before confirming the property is legitimate.

Our tenants’ safety and well-being are important to us. If you experience a maintenance emergency outside of normal business hours, our on-call maintenance team is available to help.

Examples of maintenance emergencies include:
* No heat during cold weather
* Major plumbing leaks or flooding
* No electricity (when the issue is limited to your unit)
* Sewer backups
* Other situations that pose an immediate health or safety risk

For non-emergency maintenance requests, please contact the office during regular business hours so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Home is more than a place to live, it’s a place to share talents and build connections.

After recently updating the lobby at Maple View Apartments with fresh paint, new flooring, and updated furniture, we had the opportunity to showcase artwork created by one of our longtime residents. A tenant who has called Maple View home for the past 10 years generously shared their artwork, adding a personal touch that everyone can enjoy.

We’re grateful to celebrate the creativity of our residents and help make our shared spaces feel even more welcoming.
