📚✨ FIRST DAY OF CLASSROOM OBSERVATIONS! ✨📚
This week was an exciting week for our Year 1 and Year 2 Educator Prep students as they began their classroom observations and clinical experiences! 🍎👩🏫👨🏫
Our students are assigned to a classroom teacher and will return each week to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a real classroom. They aren’t just observing—they are learning by doing!
Throughout the year, our students will:
⭐ Work with students in centers
⭐ Provide one-on-one tutoring and support
⭐ Assist with classroom transitions
⭐ Help with everyday classroom tasks
⭐ File and organize materials
⭐ Grade papers and prepare materials
⭐ Run errands and assist their cooperating teacher
⭐ And most importantly, build relationships with students and learn what it truly means to be an educator!
These clinical experiences are such an important part of our Educator Prep program. There is no substitute for getting out of the classroom and experiencing the day-to-day life of a teacher firsthand!
