Smith County Career Center students in Mrs. Amy Cole’s Business, Marketing, and Finance program participated in the annual “Food Truck Wars” on May 12, 2026! 🌮🍔🥤

“Food Truck Wars” is a hands-on cooking and business competition where students bring classroom concepts to life by creating and operating their own food truck businesses. Throughout the project, students explored branding, marketing, budgeting, teamwork, customer service, and entrepreneurship while gaining valuable real-world experience.

From creative menus and eye-catching displays to catchy business names and logo designs, each team demonstrated impressive creativity, effort, and professionalism. Students prepared and presented their food to judges while showcasing the branding and business concepts behind their food trucks.

Judges scored each team based on branding, presentation, taste, and overall food truck experience.

A special thank you to everyone who supported this event and continues to encourage the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs!
