Neighborhood PACE, a NeighborHealth program, enables independent living for older adults in East Boston, Chelsea, Winthrop, Revere, Everett, Malden, Melrose, Medford, Stoneham, and the North End. Massachusetts Relay Service:

ible. As part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) network, we provide high-quality care and support for older adults and their families, prioritizing personal wishes and way of life.

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

On Memorial Day, we take time to reflect with gratitude for those who served and gave their lives in service to others. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.

Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness Month? 💚

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and taking care of our well-being matters at every age. This month is a reminder to check in with ourselves and one another, support open conversations, and help reduce the stigma around mental health.

A little kindness, connection, and support can go a long way.

This week is International Nurses Week, a time to recognize and celebrate the incredible nurses who care for our participants each and every day. 💙

From providing compassionate care to offering comfort, support, and reassurance, nurses play such an important role in helping our participants stay healthy, independent, and connected.

Last week at Lewis Mall, participants enjoyed chair yoga! They focused on gentle stretches, movement, and taking time to feel good.

At our Everett center, participants created “Welcome Spring” signs. Getting creative with colors, flowers, and personal touches.

A fun way to celebrate the new season and bring a little brightness indoors! 🌷

We’re getting our hands a little dirty in the best way 🌱

This month, our Revere location kicked off Gardening Club! Participants worked together to plant seeds, prep soil, and start growing something new.

It’s a great way to spend time together, enjoy the outdoors, and watch a little progress each day.

We can’t wait to see everything bloom! 🌼
