Matt Jennings’ presidency was celebrated during the 2026 CACTTC Conference as he officially passed the CACTTC gavel to incoming President Terry McBayer of Trinity County, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the California Association of County Treasurer-Tax Collectors.
 
Jennings’ presidency was a proud achievement not only for CACTTC, but also for Riverside County. As Riverside County Treasurer-Tax Collector, he represented our county at the state level, championing collaboration, professional excellence, and innovation among California’s county Treasurer-Tax Collectors.
 
During this 2026 conference,  Jennings served as a conference moderator, swore in new members, recognized retirements of longtime CACTTC members, and concluded his presidency with the longstanding CACTTC tradition, the ceremonial passing of the gavel.
 
Congratulations to Jennings on a successful presidency and to McBayer as she begins her term as CACTTC President! 🎉🤝
