So lucky to catch Schooner Heritage as she rounded the famed Pemaquid Point Lighthouse. A sight to see for sure!

On her way down to Boothbay to make a grand appearance at the Windjammer Days festival.

Did you know that Pemaquid Point Lighthouse is one of the most famous and recognized lighthouses of Maine? It is featured on Maine’s state quarter and is quite a majestic sight perched on dramatic cliffs over Muscongus Bay. The tower dates to 1835 and on select days is open to climb up to the lantern room to catch the stunning view from high above the bay. Next time you sail with us, take some time on your way up the coast to stop and visit Maine’s most iconic lighthouse!
