Sachem continues to lead the way in the fight against ALS. Students from Sachem East, Sagamore Middle School and Chippewa Elementary once again came together for the annual ALS Ride for Life Walk, raising awareness and critical funding for the cause.

Together, the three schools raised an incredible $15,160, helping Sachem remain the LARGEST single school donor to the ALS Ride for Life.

This annual tradition continues to showcase the heart of the Sachem community! 🏹

✈️ Sachem East students in Mrs. McDermott & Mrs. Cannetti’s classes had an unforgettable experience during their field trip to East/West Industries in Ronkonkoma!

From climbing inside a Chinook aircraft to touring the manufacturing floor and seeing advanced aerospace technology in action, students received a hands-on look at engineering, teamwork, and innovation in the real world.

A huge thank you to East/West Industries for inspiring the next generation of thinkers, builders, and problem-solvers! 🚁
