💪 PowerSports Summer Wrap-Up

Another summer of PowerSports is in the books! This was our largest group yet, with athletes making impressive gains in Squat, Deadlift, and Bench One Rep Max. Even more importantly, they’re heading into the fall season with greater confidence and preparation for their sports.

PowerSports is offered at both Roseau and Greenbush sites. While the summer program has wrapped up, athletes who want to continue building strength and endurance have great options available:
🔹 Personal Training — available at all LifeCare Fitness Center locations, with individualized coaching to help athletes reach their goals.
🔹 Zero Hour Training — offered at Roseau High School for 7th–12th grade students seeking a structured speed and strength program.

There’s something special about local organizations working together to take care of the people in our communities. 🤝🚑🏥

Recently our ER and EMS leaders had the opportunity to meet with our partners at Polaris Industries to discuss workplace safety, emergency response, and the care and treatment of employees when emergencies happen.

Building these relationships and having conversations before an emergency helps create a stronger, more coordinated response when every minute matters.
