COMMUNITY FEEDBACK NEEDED | Billboard Variance Request

WHAT’S PROPOSED | The owners of the Allen Building are requesting a variance to convert their vinyl rooftop billboard into a dynamic digital display and add a “Welcome to Saint Paul” sign below it. City Code Sec. 64.302 requires removing other billboards when converting to digital.
The owners do not own any others, so they are requesting an exception.

WHY YOUR VOICE MATTERS | CRC gathers community input to inform recommendations to the City. Your feedback helps shape decisions about the public realm and neighborhood character.

📝 TAKE THE SURVEY by April 9th!
